Cheese Ricotta (Flanders)


 Cheese Ricotta is an Italian whey cheddar produced using sheep, cow, goat, or Italian water bison milk whey leftover from the creation of different cheeses. Like other whey cheeses, it is made by coagulating the proteins that stay after the casein has been utilized to make cheddar, strikingly egg whites, and globulin.

Ricotta has a lovely textured feel on the palette. Moist, soft, and crumbly, it is very delicate with an almost nutty flavor. Its fresh and mellow flavors hit you straight away.
